General

We don’t like long-winded and legalistic terms and conditions, but there are a few things we need to lay out here briefly and clearly to ensure transactions run smoothly. If you have any questions about any of these points please contact us and we will be pleased to assist.

At all times copyright remains strictly with the artist. Visitors to our website are granted a limited license to download/print images and text for their personal use in respect of making a purchase from us, all other reproduction of any images and text in any form for any reason is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent. Images identified as "wallpapers" or "desktop backgrounds" on our downloads page are licensed for that use only and again may not be further reproduced without our prior written consent.

Complaints

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we work hard to achieve this, however we recognise that occasionally things will not go quite as we would wish. If at any time you have cause for dissatisfaction or complaint about any of our goods or services then please let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds - UK Internet/Mail/Phone Sales

If you wish to cancel or change your order please advise us at the earliest possible opportunity. If having received your order you wish to return it for a refund you must advise us within seven days of receipt, then a refund of the purchase price and the original delivery charge will be made within 28 days. The goods must be returned to us in original condition within 21 days of receipt, and the return delivery charge must be paid by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in “as new” condition, and we advise you to send any returns via a tracked and insured delivery service.

Damage in Transit

On rare occasions goods may arrive that have been damaged in transit. If possible, please reject them as damaged and ask the driver to return to sender. If for some reason this is not possible please call us so we can help resolve the situation - if you are able to e-mail us a digital photograph of the damage we will be very grateful.

Picture Framing

If you leave your picture with us to be framed and do not collect it within three months of the work being completed we reserve the right to dispose of it, unless agreed otherwise.
