Delivery

Goods are dispatched via tracked delivery service as soon as possible - in the case of goods already in stock we normally aim to despatch within two working days.

Please be aware however that we do not carry stock of all possible combinations of print size and mounting option, so in some cases goods will be made to order. Usually we will be able to do this with little or no delay, but there may occasionally be a wait of an extra day or so depending on the workload in our workshop.

In all cases we will contact you if there is likely to be any delay in dispatching your order in excess of the timescales outlined above.

If you are ordering with a particular date, e.g. a birthday, in mind please contact us to let us know so we can help make sure the goods reach you in time.

If the goods you are ordering are in stock we may be able to despatch via overnight delivery if your order is urgent. If this is the case please phone the gallery on (01690) 710080 to discuss and place your order, rather than using this website.

Due to the difficulties of shipping glass items we do not routinely post framed prints, however this may be arranged on an exceptional basis - please phone the gallery on (01690) 710080 if you wish to discuss.
